The Marbut.

This early 20th century situs for the Marbut & Minor General Mercantile Store is slated to be the home of the newly minted “Marbut,” a three story mixed-use residential and ground floor commercial building opening in mid-2022, with the renovated existing commercial building to be renamed the “Minor.”

Located in the heart of East Atlanta Village, this project promises to inject new life into the commercial and residential fabrics of the neighborhood.
