332 Ormond was first toured in 2006 by Philippe Pellerin, 5 years before founding Pellerin Real Estate. While the project was not then viable, Philippe was enamored with Grant Park and became a resident in 2007. It was not until 2015 that the property at 332 Ormond was acquired, under a joint venture with Eden Roc to complete the restoration of this beautiful turn of the century building.
Similar to the project on Confederate in 2014, this quaint neighborhood commercial building once served the residents in Grant Park but became vacant and deteriorated for decades.
With the resurgence of Grant Park, a neighborhood in the southeast part of metro Atlanta, Pellerin saw an opportunity to restore this building and bring some local, community-serving businesses to the area.
Construction on the shell was completed in early 2016 with the final tenant construction expected late fall 2016. The four retail suites are fully leased and now features:
Laura Goddard Style, a hair salon
Highland Yoga, focusing on vinyasa
Art-Haus Grant Park, provide an environment for children and adults to explore and enhance their creativity.
Mediterranea, a gluten-free restaurant and bakery opening in late 2016.
